Who we are

What we collect

When you enquire, request the brochure, book a viewing or email us, we collect the details you give us, such as your names, email address, phone number, your preferred date and what you tell us about your plans. If you go on to book, we collect the information needed to plan and deliver your wedding or event.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, send the brochure and arrange viewings.
• To plan and deliver your wedding or event if you book with us.
• To keep our own records and meet our legal obligations.

We rely on your consent, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and the performance of our contract with you where you have booked.

Who we share it with

We only share your information with the suppliers needed to deliver your day, with the tools we use to manage enquiries and bookings, and where the law requires it. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for around 12 months if you do not book, and booking records for up to 7 years after your event to meet our legal and accounting duties.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. To do any of these, email us at info@thehiddenoak.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
