The estate
You never have to move your guests off site. Ceremony, drinks, dinner, dancing and bed are all here, wrapped in 200 acres of private woodland and water.

Our newly renovated barn balances a modern build with rustic touches: solid oak beams wrapped in fairy lights, and bi-fold doors the whole way along. Open them and the barn and courtyard become one bright, easy space for guests to move through.

Our main ceremony setting. Say your vows under the stretch tent while the landscaped gardens wrap around you on every side. Covered against the weather, and open to the view.
An outdoor courtyard for your drinks reception, holding the sun from the middle of the day into the evening. It flows straight out of the barn through the bi-fold doors.
An open-air ceremony setting with the lake as your backdrop. It is also where the light is at its best as the day draws in, and where many couples take their evening photographs.

On-site accommodation with a homely feel: nine en-suite bedrooms, a kitchen at the heart of it, and a games room for the night before. Wake up here and start the day calm.
Your own suite within the farmhouse, connected to a bright dressing room for getting ready in the morning. Somewhere to retreat to at the end of the night, and to wake up in together.

The grounds
The estate started as farmland. We planted more than 50,000 trees, and twenty years on it is woodland alive with wildlife, including a herd of more than fifteen deer. It means every couple gets a different set of backdrops, and no two days here ever look the same.
